When you add an item to your basket, you will be prompted to either Continue Shopping or Checkout. If you click Checkout, you’ll be brought to the One Step Checkout.

In the Checkout, you can:

– Remove an item

– Adjust quantities

– Apply promotional codes/coupon codes if applicable

Items will be saved in your basket, but product availability is not guaranteed.


When you are ready to purchase the product in your basket, click the Checkout button. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so. If you do not already have an account with us, you can sign up or checkout as a guest.

Please note: Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations.


We currently accept payment by Pay Pal and Stripe. If you don’t use any of these options, please contact our customer services team on support@liplabel.com .

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email after you place your order.Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox.
You can also review the details of your order from your account, under Order History.
You’ll also receive an e-mail with a link from the forwarder to track your order. If you haven’t received this mail after 1 day, please check your junk or spam filter.

Order changes and cancellations

Changing an order is not possible once the order has been confirmed. The cancellation of the order will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
