As soon as we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email for the same. All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 working days. Please allow at least one full business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online. All orders will be provided with a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and account, orders will be combined, unless otherwise requested by the customer. An additional 2 business days may be required to process such orders. You can track the estimated delivery timelines for your order via the tracking number provided by our logistics partner.
The risks associated with the products will transfer to you as soon as the products are delivered at the agreed delivery address. TEXTILIP FASHION SL is authorised to engage third parties in the fulfillment of its obligations. If we are unable to deliver the products within the agreed term, we will notify you accordingly.

The shipping fee is added to your total amount at the time of check out, in accordance with the country or region selected for the shipping address.
We ensure that each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes onto you. If you are not the receiver of your product (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package or product delivered.
Incorrect address, non-received items and returns
If the item is not received and sent back to us by the courier service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee.

We are currently shipping to the USA, Europe, UK and India.
Although, regarding the shipments with UPS, some couriers don’t deliver to some countries where the political situation of the country is bad. Russia only accepts packages sent by post mail service, in the case of Portugal, it is CTT.
Please note that all goods are shipped from Portugal, and any customs or import duties are charged once the package or product reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Please note that we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift in accordance with our company policies.
